What is the Reality Shifting Elevator Method and How to Do It?

The Elevator Method is a technique commonly used in shifting experiments. It aims to help you shift into a different reality by separating your mind from your physical body. As the name suggests, this technique involves visualizing as if you are going up in an elevator. The sensation of ascending facilitates the shift of consciousness and creates a state of mind suitable for the transition to DR.

How to do the Reality Shifting Elevator Method?

1. Create a Comfortable Environment

  • Be in a place that is quiet and free from distractions.
  • Lie on the bed or sit comfortably. A dim light or meditation music can help.
  • Wear comfortable clothes and relax your body.

2. Set your intention

  • Clarify your purpose of shifting. For example: “I am shifting safely and comfortably into the reality I want.”
  • Repeat this intention several times inwardly or say it out loud.

3. Practice Breathing

  • Calm your mind and body by breathing deeply in and out.
    • Inhale deeply (4 seconds).
    • Hold the breath (4 seconds).
    • Release slowly (6 seconds).
    • Repeat this cycle 5-10 times and feel yourself relaxing more and more with each breath.

4. Start the Elevator Visualization

  • Close your eyes and imagine an elevator in your mind’s eye. The elevator can be in a modern, bright and reassuring environment.
  • Imagine getting into the elevator and the doors closing. This elevator will take you to the DR.

5. Focus on Floors

  • The elevator starts going up slowly. Each floor symbolizes one step closer to the DR.
    • First floor: More feelings of relaxation.
    • Second floor: Your mind feels lighter.
    • Third floor: Feeling that you are getting closer to DR.
  • Breathe through each floor and observe the changes felt. Continue to the fifth floor or higher.

6. Reaching the Goal Floor

  • Imagine the doors opening as the elevator reaches the top floor.
  • Feel that you are stepping into the DR, full of light or in the environment you desire.
  • Look around you, try to feel the sounds, smells and atmosphere.

7. Affirm the Experience

  • Accept that you are in DR. Make affirmations like “I am now in the reality I want”.
  • Move freely in the DR, examine the details and experience this new reality.

8. Return (Optional)

  • When you want to come back from the DR, imagine getting back in the elevator and going back to the ground floor.
  • Breathe in and out slowly and focus on your physical body before opening your eyes.
