The Non-Sleeping Method is a non-sleeping shifting technique for shifting to the desired reality. Instead of falling asleep, this method uses a deep state of mental relaxation and meditation. Consciousness remains fully open but the body is relaxed and still. It is especially popular for those who prefer not to be sleep deprived or who want to shift to DR without losing their mental awareness.
How to do the Reality Shifting Non-Sleeping Method?
1. Prepare a Comfortable Environment
- Choose a quiet place. You can choose a bed, a sofa or a comfortable chair.
- Use dim lighting or create a dark environment.
- Wear comfortable clothes and remove all distractions.
2. Relax your mind with breathing exercises
- Breathe in and out slowly and deeply. Calm your mind by focusing on your breath.
- You can apply the 4-7-8 breathing technique:
- Inhale for 4 seconds.
- Hold the breath for 7 seconds.
- Exhale slowly for 8 seconds.
- Repeat this cycle several times to create a feeling of deep relaxation.
3. Relax the Body
- Relax each part of your body in turn.
- Starting from your toes, release your legs, arms, shoulders and neck.
- Feel your body becoming heavy and completely relaxed.
4. Visualize DR
- Close your eyes and imagine yourself in the reality you want to visit.
- Visualize the environment, sounds, smells and people in the DR as vividly and in as much detail as possible.
- Feel that you are stepping into DR or that you are there.
5. Use Affirmations
- Focus on the transition to DR by making affirmations in your mind. Here are some examples:
- “I move to DR easily.”
- “My reality is my choice.”
- “I am full of consciousness and awareness.”
- Repeat these affirmations several times to strengthen your faith.
6. Start to Feel the Mental and Physical Separation
- Focus on feeling that you are shifting into DR.
- Imagine mentally detaching from your body and shifting to DR.
- At this stage, try to focus only on DR without returning to your body.
7. Feel yourself shifting to DR
- The moment you feel that you are in the DR, start navigating that environment.
- Accept that every detail is real and focus on your feelings.
