- Relax your mind and body by practicing relaxation techniques.
- Focus on achieving inner peace by breathing deeply. Create a mental space by silencing your thoughts.
Bed Techniques
- Light Sleep State:
- Astral projection is usually experienced in a state between sleep and wakefulness. Therefore, try to keep your mind fully awake while preparing your body to go to sleep.
- Relax your body completely before going to bed.
- With eyes closed, visualize yourself rising or drifting.
- Benefit from Sleep Paralysis:
- During sleep paralysis, the physical body cannot move but the mind is active. At this moment you can visualize your soul leaving your body.
Rope Technique
- Close your eyes and use your imagination to visualize a rope hanging from above.
- Imagine your soul grabbing onto this rope and climbing upwards.
- As your physical body lies down, focus on feeling your spirit moving upwards.
Flying Technique
- As you lie down, imagine your body becoming lighter and floating up into the air.
- Try to visualize this feeling realistically in your mind.
- Visualize yourself watching your bed and your body from above.
Visualization Technique
- Visualize your soul traveling somewhere outside your physical body.
- For example, feel as if you are going to a forest, a beach or a place you know. In this process, focus on the details and feel what you see in that place.
Astral Projection with Sound Frequencies
- You can achieve mental relaxation using specially designed binaural beat sound frequencies.
- These frequencies, which you listen to with headphones on, can make your brain suitable for the experience of meditation and astral projection.
“Awaken and Return” Technique
- Wake up earlier than usual and stay awake for a while.
- Then mentally focus on experiencing astral projection as you try to fall asleep again.
Self-Monitoring Technique
- Mentally scan each part of your body and make sure it is completely relaxed.
- Imagine that your soul is a form of energy and imagine this energy leaving your body.
