What is the Reality Shifting Mirror Method and How to Do It?

The Mirror Method is one of the popular shifting techniques used to shift to the Desired Reality (DR). This method allows you to shift from Current Reality (CR) to DR by mentally using a mirror reflection. The goal is to imagine a mirror reflecting yourself in a different reality and to shift from this mirror to DR.

How to do the Reality Shifting Mirror Method?

1. Prepare a Comfortable Environment

  • Choose a place that is quiet, cozy and free from distractions.
  • You can lie down or sit comfortably.
  • Create a calm atmosphere by using dim light or candlelight.

2. Relax your mind and body

  • Relax your body by breathing deeply.
  • Practice the 4-7-8 breathing technique:
    • Inhale for 4 seconds.
    • Hold the breath for 7 seconds.
    • Exhale slowly for 8 seconds.
    • Repeat this cycle several times to increase mental calmness.

3. Close your eyes and imagine a mirror

  • Imagine that there is a large, bright mirror in front of you.
  • In the reflection of this mirror, focus to see yourself in the DR.
  • Pay attention to the clothes, look and mood you want to be in your mirror reflection.

4. Connect with your reflection

  • Look carefully at your reflection in the mirror and feel connected to it.
  • Imagine your reflection smiling at you or waving at you.
  • Feel that there is an energy connection between the “you” in DR and the “you” in CR.

5. Step Inside the Mirror

  • Slowly approach the mirror and imagine reaching out your hand and touching it.
  • Imagine that your hand passes through the mirror and you feel a smooth transition.
  • Imagine walking through the mirror with your whole body.

6. Imagine you are in the DR

  • After passing through the mirror, feel yourself in the DR.
  • Focus on the details around you: sounds, smells, textures.
  • Imagine with all your senses the environment you want to be in in the DR.

7. Watch your reflection from the outside

  • Feel that you are now in the DR and your reflection remains in the CR.
  • Focus on your experiences in the DR and enjoy being there.
