The 54321 method is a common technique used in the shifting world. The aim of this method is to facilitate the transition from one’s current reality (Current Reality – CR) to the desired reality (Desired Reality – DR). In this technique, mental focus is achieved by using numbers and sensory perceptions. The name “54321” refers to the need to create a visualization technique based on the five senses (sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell).
How to do the Reality Shifting 54321 Method?
Step 1: Preparation and Setting
- Choose a comfortable place: Be in a quiet environment where you are not disturbed. You can sit in a comfortable position in your own room or in a place where you can meditate. Lying down can also be a good option.
- Turn Off the Lights: You can be in complete darkness by turning off the lights. This way you can get away from external stimuli and increase your inner focus.
- Relax: Clear your mind by taking deep breaths and focus on relaxation. Try to relax the body completely.
Step 2: Starting with Numbers (54321)
The Shifting 54321 Method allows you to connect with each of the five senses by activating each sense in turn. In this step, the numbers are practiced one at a time in order from 5 to 1.
- Fifth Sense (Sight):
- Close your eyes and imagine everything you see in your DR. For example, where are you in that world? How do the colors, shapes, elements of nature or buildings look around you? Focus on the visual details.
- You can also use a mental statement such as “With my fifth sense, I can see everything clearly. Every detail is very distinct.”
- Fourth Sense (Hearing) :
- Imagine the sounds you hear in your DR. Maybe there are birds singing, people talking, or different music playing. Imagine how clear every sound you hear in that world is.
- You can use a statement like “With my sense of hearing, I can hear every sound very clearly and distinctly.”
- Third Sense (Touch):
- Focus on feeling objects in your DR. For example, the texture of an object in your hand, the feel of your feet on the ground, or the texture of the air around you. Visualize this sensory sensation clearly in your mind.
- You can strengthen your sensory perception by saying, “With my sense of touch, everything feels very real and tangible.”
- Second Sense (Taste) :
- If you are eating and drinking in your DR, focus on the flavors. Is there a taste in your mouth? Imagine the taste of the drink or food.
- You might say, “With my sense of taste, I clearly feel the flavor of everything I eat and drink.”
- First Sense (Smelling):
- Finally, imagine the smells in your DR. Focus on details such as the smell of the air around you, the smell of food or nature.
- Focus on the sense of smell by saying, “With my sense of smell, every smell around me feels so vivid and real.”
Step 3: Preparing for the transition
- Deepen Mentally: Imagine that you are completely in your DR as you mentally experience each sense. Focus completely on the world in the DR.
- Movement and Shape: Place yourself somewhere in your DR. What are you doing there? What activities are you engaging in? Imagine yourself in a place and focus on the details there.
- Embrace that the transition will be Mental: You feel that you are in your DR right now. Giving your mind’s full attention to this world will speed up your transition.
Step 4: A Safe Transition
- Right now when you start making the transition to DR, relax and feel yourself there. If not physically, then mentally you are completely in that world.
- Feel your own safety and focus on staying there in a relaxed way.
