- Relaxation and Breathing Exercises: Relax your muscles by taking deep breaths. Take care to relax so that you do not feel any tension in your body. Breathe in and out slowly and clear your mind.
Step 2: Start Visualization
- Visualize the Star: Close your eyes and visualize a star in your mind’s eye. This star should be very bright, big and eye-catching. Feel the light of the star shining towards you. Visualize the light of the star leading you to Desired Reality (DR).
- Follow the Light of the Star: Focus on the light of the star. This light slowly comes in your direction and begins to take you on a journey. As you follow the light, try to relax your whole body behind your eyes.
Step 3: Mental Transition
- Ascend into the Light: As you follow the light of the star, feel the light begin to carry you into your Desired Reality (DR). Visualize yourself ascending into the light. Focus on the process of shifting more and more with each breath.
- Feel yourself entering into the Star: Imagine that the light of the star completely encompasses you and that each of your cells is energized by this light. In your mind’s eye, imagine yourself as a human being existing in your new world.
Step 4: Focus on the Details of Your New Reality
- Visualize Details in DR: The light of the star has taken you to Desired Reality (DR). Here, clearly visualize all the details of your new reality. Imagine what environment you are in, people, senses and feelings. Vividly feel all the elements of this world.
- Experience the Moment Using Your Senses: In that moment, accept that you are in your new reality. Use your senses to feel that everything here actually exists. Strengthen the transition by intensifying each sense – smell, sound, visual elements and textures.
Step 5: Staying in the new reality
- Mental Awareness: Once you are sure that you are now in the DR, continue to stay there. Observe how you feel and what you are doing in your new reality. Feel comfortable and peaceful here. While staying in the DR, you can continue your shifting process for longer.
