Although the Darwin Method takes its name from Charles Darwin’s references to nature and evolutionary theory, in the context of shifting it is a shifting technique that has no scientific basis and aims at conscious mental shifting. It is based on the idea of harmonizing with the rhythm and evolution of nature. It aims to shift to the desired reality by focusing on feeling your own body, mind and spirit in harmony.
How to do the Reality Shifting Darwin Method?
1. Prepare a Comfortable Environment
- Find a quiet space where you can lie down or sit comfortably.
- Reduce the room lights or create a completely dark environment.
- Wear comfortable clothes and turn on meditation music or nature sounds if available (e.g. wind, ocean waves, birdsong).
2. Tune in to the rhythm of nature
- Close your eyes and try to feel the rhythm of nature. Imagine yourself in a landscape of nature:
- Imagine walking through a forest or sitting by the sea.
- Visualize the breeze of the wind, the sound of the waves or the chirping of birds.
- Imagine nature bringing you peace and balance.
3. Create a sense of evolution and change
- Imagine yourself as a being that is slowly undergoing change and transformation:
- Imagine your body becoming lighter and your energy changing with each breath.
- Feel your mind becoming stronger, focused and ready.
- Visualize that with each breath you are one step closer to DR.
4. Attuning to DR
- Imagine your new body and surroundings in the DR.
- Visualize yourself in detail where you want to be in the DR:
- Focus on details such as the environment, the people, the atmosphere in the DR.
- Try to feel as if you are integrated with the energy of that environment.
5. Wait for the Moment of Conscious Transition
- When you feel that you have fully adapted to DR, continue to relax.
- Accept that if you fall asleep, you will be in DR when you wake up.
- If consciousness remains clear, focus on feeling the shifts in DR.
