What are the Symptoms of Void State?

c) Sensation of Energy Flow or Vibration

  • Light vibrations, tingling or energy waves are felt in the body.

d) Deep and Slow Breathing

  • It is common to suddenly find answers to previously unsolved problems or gain insights into the meaning of life.

d) Feeling of Intense Love or Gratitude

  • There is a deep sense of love and gratitude for everything.
  • This feeling of love can be directed towards oneself, others or the universe.

4. Emotional Symptoms

a) Emotional Neutrality and Balance

  • During the Void State, emotions are felt as temporary and insignificant.
  • Emotions such as joy, sadness, anger are observed as numb.

b) Momentary Bursts of Emotion
