The basis of this method is to mentally use the calming and soothing effect of the ocean to mentally shift into the desired reality. How to do the Reality Shifting Ocean Method?
1. Preparation and Setting
- Choose a comfortable place: Find a quiet and comfortable space. Use pillows, blankets and comfortable clothes to make you feel completely at ease.
- Turn Off the Lights: Keep the lights low or turn them off completely. If it is nighttime, you can keep the environment dark.
- Natural Sounds: Listening to ocean sounds can be relaxing. If you can find an ocean sound recording, you can listen to it. But if you prefer silence, you can focus completely on your mind.
2. Relaxation and Mental Preparation
- Deep Breathing: Relax your body by taking deep breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 2 seconds, and slowly exhale through your mouth for 6 seconds. Repeat this breathing exercise several times.
- Relaxing the Body: Focus on relaxation by completely emptying your mind. Imagine releasing more and more tension in your body with each breath.
3. Ocean Visualization

- The Depth of the Sea: There is a deep ocean, imagine how deep the water is, how wide it is and how it moves. Try to feel the vast expanse of the ocean.
- Communication with Water: Imagine the ocean in such a way that you completely immerse yourself in it. Feel the touch of the waves, the coldness of the water and its calming effect. Allow this image to deepen, feeling it more and more with each passing second.
4. Transition Preparation and Orientation to DR
- Entering the Water: Prepare yourself to enter the ocean and dive into its depths. Each dive will give you more peace and confidence. As you go deeper, feel yourself getting spiritually stronger and closer to DR with each passing second.
- Focus on the Now: Imagine relaxing in the ocean, mentally moving towards DR. The water is carrying you, you are moving towards DR in a safe and peaceful way. It is important to feel your own body calming down and relaxing.
5. Making the Transition
- One Deep Breath: Take one last deep breath and completely immerse yourself in the waters of the ocean. With each breath, imagine stepping into the DR and starting to be there. Focus on feeling like you are floating in the ocean.
- Feeling the Transition: Every time you dive underwater, feel yourself in your environment in the DR, in that world, in that time. The ocean is guiding you and with each dive you are closer.
6. Finding Peace in the DR
- Once you feel that you are in the DR, start observing the world there and adding more details. Continue the visualization process and fully immerse yourself in the DR.
