How to do the Reality Shifting Flower Method?
Step 1: Preparation and Setting

Step 3: Preparing to Transition from Flower
- Focus on the Center of the Flower: Focusing on the center of the flower, start the shifting process at this point. In your mind, the center of this flower is designated as a transition point. Feel that you are ready to step towards this transition point.
- Initiate the scrolling in your mind: In the center of the flower, step towards the center of the flower to begin the scrolling process, as if you were scrolling through the ceiling. Here, in your mind, feel this shift begin. In an instant, this flower begins to function like a portal.
Step 4: Transition to the New Reality

- Deeply Feel the New Reality: Accept that you are in your new reality right now. Observe every detail: the people around you, nature, sounds, textures, what you feel. Visualize what you would like to do in this world.
- Maintain a Constant Connection: By maintaining a connection with the flower, you can make this method more effective for you over time. Maintain your focus and presence in this world to keep yourself in your new reality for a long time.
