Aerokinesis is air control. It has features such as directing the air, making changes on the air, affecting atmospheric phenomena.
What is Aerokinesis?
It derives from the Greek words “aero” (air) and “kinesis” (movement). Aerokinesis includes abilities such as changing the direction of the wind, moving air currents or creating ripples in the air.
The control that can be exercised in general is up to your imagination. The weather can be controlled, so what do you want to do?
How does aerokinesis work?
Air is the colorless, odorless fluid gas that forms the airspace. It is also known as the mass of gas that surrounds the air and is composed of nitrogen and oxygen.
Aerokinesis is the control over all kinds of gases present in the atmosphere as well as the defined properties of air.
What can be done with Aerokinesis?
What can be done with aerokinesis depends on what you want to use this practice for:
1. Directing Air Currents
- Creating Wind or Changing Direction: Increase or change the direction of light winds.
- Creating Ripples: To feel and manipulate fluctuations in the air or changes in airflow.
2. Moving Light Objects
- Leaves and Feathers: Moving leaves, feathers or other light objects with the wind.
- Blowing Pieces of Paper: Practicing moving light materials such as paper with the power of thought.
3. Mobilizing the Energy Field
- Feeling the Energy of the Air: Seeing the air as an energetic field and feeling yourself surrounded by this energy.
- Emitting Mental Energy: Using the air for energy cleansing or balancing.
4. Meditation and Spiritual Growth
- Deep Meditation Aerokinesis practice can be used to increase mental focus and promote inner peace during meditation.
- Connecting with Nature: Trying to control the flow of air can help you feel a stronger connection with nature.
5. Developing Self-Control and Focus
- Improving Focus: Practicing aerokinesis is an effective way to improve mental focus, patience and concentration.
- Managing Mental Energy: You can improve your ability to direct your energy towards a specific goal.
How to Practice Aerokinesis?
Aerokinesis work involves mental focus, meditation and visualization skills:
1. Choose a Comfortable Environment
- Find a quiet and open space. Outdoor spaces with a gentle breeze are ideal.
- Choose a place where you will not be disturbed and breathe in and out for a few minutes to relax.
2. Mental and Physical Relaxation
- Sit or stand in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and breathe deeply.
- Imagine inhaling clean energy as you inhale and exhaling as you let go of mental burdens.
3. Connecting with Air
- Focus on feeling the air around you. Notice the wind on your face, the warmth or coolness of the air.
- Feel the slight vibrations or flow of the air. Imagine that you are one with it.
4. Visualization Exercise
- Visualize the wind moving. Raise your hands slightly and feel as if you are directing the air with your fingers.
- Imagine the air rippling, a leaf or a light object moving with the wind.
5. Directing Energy
- Slowly move your hands back and forth, as if you are pushing and pulling the air. As you do this, imagine in your mind that the air is following this movement.
- Simple commands such as “Blow wind”, “Move” can be repeated in your mind.
6. Practice with Light Objects
- Use objects such as a light leaf, a feather or a small piece of paper. Put them on the floor and imagine moving them using the air.
- Be patient and focus on small changes. Focus your mental energy constantly.
7. Releasing Energy and Resting
- After the practice is over, slowly lower your hands and mentally disconnect from the air.
- Breathe deeply and rest for a few minutes. You can meditate to restore your mental balance.
